Return Policy

At GiggleWnapo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy. Please review the terms and conditions outlined below to ensure that your return is processed smoothly.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most products purchased from GiggleWnapo within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip) must be provided for the return to be processed.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
Certain items, including personalized or final sale products, are non-returnable. Please check the product page for any specific return restrictions.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization (RA): Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with the returned item to ensure that your return is processed accurately and efficiently.
Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible). Attach the RA number to the outside of the package, along with a copy of the original proof of purchase.
Ship the Item: Send the return package to the following address:

Please use a trackable shipping method for your return. We recommend shipping the item with insurance to protect it during transit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return and issue the refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original Payment Method: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the payment method used for the original purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Processing Time: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.
If the return is rejected, we will inform you via email with the reasons for the rejection.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. If you have any questions about the exchange process or need assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@gigglewnapo.com or call (231) 258-4208. We will review your issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or an exchange.
In these cases, GiggleWnapo will cover the cost of return shipping, and we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded under our return policy:
- Personalized or Customized Products: Items that have been customized, engraved, or made to order are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Final Sale Items: Certain products may be labeled as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is safely delivered back to us.
In cases where we issue a refund, the original shipping fees paid will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
8. International Returns
At this time, GiggleWnapo only offers domestic returns within the United States. If you have made an international purchase, please contact us for assistance with your return. Return shipping costs for international orders will be at the customer’s expense.
