You may return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The item has not been altered or damaged in any way.
- The return is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

4. Refund Process

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
